Arrival: on the day of arrival the rooms are available to the guests from 3:00 p.m.
If arrival is expected after 7:00 p.m., please let us know.  



Departure: on the day of departure please leave the room by 10:00 a.m.
If available, the room may be occupied until 2:00 p.m. with an additional fee.

Confirmation and cancellation: to guarantee your reservation, please send us your credit card information as an advance.

 If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival,no fee will be charged.If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date arrival,the 30 %.If cancelled or modified up to 1 days before date arrival,the 50 %.If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show,the total price of the reservation will be charged.
