Arrivals: on the day of arrival the apartments are available to the guests beginning 3:00 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please let us know.
Departures: on the day of the departure, please leave the apartment ready by 9:00 a.m. If available, you may remain until 2:00 p.m. with an additional charge.
Means of payment: we accept cash, ATM and credit cards (Visa-Mastercard/Eurocard)
Confirmation and cancellation: to guarantee confirmation of the reservation, please send us your credit card information as an advance.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the management charges the guest a penalty consisting of a percentage of the reserved stay, according to the nearness of the date of arrival:
30% of the price of total stay, for cancellations made from 21 to 14 days before arrival; 50% of the price of total stay, for cancellations made between the 14th and 7th day before arrival;
100% of the price of total stay, for cancellations made in the 7 days before arrival. Each deposit already paid will be used as partial or total payment of the penalty indicated above.
